About Evan Dua

After spending years in the hospitality industry serving as a manager to both restaurants and hotels in New Jersey, Evan made his way to Charleston, South Carolina in 2011 with a goal of planting roots, starting a family, and building his real estate portfolio while serving others. After operating a successful dog training business for several years, it was time for Evan to follow his heart and so he began his career in Real Estate. During his first year as a Realtor, he helped over 30 buyer clients find and purchase the homes of their dreams as a Buyers Specialist on a small real estate team. From there, Evan had the opportunity to help his team leader get out of selling real estate and focus instead on building systems and growing the team. This led Evan to shifting his focus to working with home sellers where he served over 120 clients in successfully marketing, negotiating and selling their homes over the following two years. 

 

With an innate passion for serving and impacting others, Evan took on the role of Sales Manager and trainer for the growing real estate team where he was able to hire and train new agents to become highly successful with most selling an average of 30+ homes per year. After eight years of helping this local team go from infancy to 20+ successful agents selling over 400 homes per year, Evan developed a deep desire to bring his hospitality roots into his real estate business and focus on developing true, authentic relationships with his clients through relentless white-glove service, care and support. In early 2023, Evan launched Authentic Home Advisors, LLC, a client-focused real estate sales team driven almost 100% by referrals from past clients and those that have come to know and trust Evan and his team as their local real estate experts. We look forward to serving you, your family and friends through the home-buying and selling journey!

 

In his free time, Evan can be found spending time with his Wife, Carly, their little boy, Grayson, and their fur babies, Rufus and Raleigh. They love soaking up the sun at any of Charleston’s amazing beaches or on a patio at one of our incredible local Charleston restaurants
